When you contact us — by phone, email, or the website contact form — we collect the information you share, such as your name, phone number, email address, and details about your project. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and complete your order. We do not add you to any mailing list without your permission.
Website Analytics
This website uses two analytics tools to help us understand how visitors use the site:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — collects aggregate, anonymous traffic data (page views, general location by region, device type). No cookies are used and no personal information is collected.
- Microsoft Clarity — records anonymized session replays and heatmaps showing how visitors interact with pages (clicks, scrolls, navigation). Clarity may collect data such as mouse movements, pages visited, and general device/browser information. It does not capture passwords, payment information, or other sensitive fields. Neither tool is used to identify you personally or to target you with advertising.
Cookies
Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies. Microsoft Clarity may set cookies to support session recording. These cookies do not contain personal information and are used solely for analytics purposes.
Your Physical Materials
When you entrust us with photos, slides, negatives, or tapes, those originals are handled only by us — they are never shipped to a third party. Digital files produced from your materials are delivered to you and not retained beyond the delivery period without your consent.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes. The only third parties that may receive limited data are:
- Microsoft (Clarity analytics — anonymized session data)
- Cloudflare (hosting and anonymous traffic analytics)
- Brevo (email delivery service, used only to send messages you request)
Iowa Consumer Data Privacy
Under the Iowa Consumer Data Protection Act (ICDPA), Iowa residents have the right to know what personal data we hold about them and to request its deletion. Because we are a very small business and collect minimal data, most people will have little or no personal data on file beyond what they shared when contacting us. Children's Privacy
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
